Risk Assessment on Social Practices

GRASP is an add-on module to GLOBALG.A.P. that takes social criteria into account. If a GLOBALG.A.P. certified company by LACON also requires the GRASP (GLOBALG.A.P. Risk Assessment on Social Practice) module, it can be applied for as part of a combined audit.

The GRASP module primarily addresses aspects of "social practice" concerning the workforce employed in a company. How are complaints handled? Are workers aware of their rights? Are minimum wages and working hours observed? These are just a few examples. GRASP is only possible in countries where a national interpretation exists.
